The MVMA Summer Meeting typically draws 150 veterinarians, technicians and office staff from around the state, including both practice owners and associates.

Trade Show hours include the Friday lunch, afternoon break, Friday evening social, Saturday breakfast and morning break.

 Trade Show Details

Trade Show sign up will open March 15, 2025. Exhibitor Space is $650/booth and includes the following:

  • 8'w x 6'd booth space with skirted table and 110v electrical outlet. 
  • A listing of all attendees with contact information - hard copy and electronically. 
  • Your company and all company representatives included in the Vendor Directory distributed to all meeting attendees. 
  • Listing of your company contact information and logo on our website until June of next year.
  • Meals/breaks for one company representative.
Trade Show Hours
  • Setup: Friday, June 27, 8:00 am – Noon
  • Exhibit area hours:
Friday, June 27 - 12:00 noon – 7:00 pm
12:00 - 1:30 pm - Lunch
2:30 pm - First break
5:30 – 7:00 pm - Social Hour
  • Saturday, June 28 – 7:00 – 10:00 am
7:00 – 8:00 am – Breakfast buffet
9:00 am – First break
  • Tear Down: Saturday, June 28, 10:00 am

Booth Assignments
Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort will be made to offer placement consideration to competing companies.  In early June, you will receive a map with booth assignments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by June 1 will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be made after that date.
