  • Online: Fast, easy and secure. Complete the registration form and pay by credit card or receive an emailed invoice.
  • Mail: Complete the registration form and mail with payment to: MVMA, PO Box 6322, Helena, MT 59604.

Room Reservations

  • A block of rooms has been reserved at Delta Hotels Helena Colonial (2301 Colonial Drive). Rates are $199/night plus taxes & fees, and will be available through June 4 or until sold out.
  • To reserve call 406-443-2100 or 1-866-211-4604 and mention the Montana Veterinary Medical Association room block, or book online through this link. If you need a room outside of the June 24-27 dates, please call the hotel directly.
  • Rooms available through the MVMA Block are limited, so we encourage you to make lodging reservations early to take advantage of special Summer Meeting pricing.

Pre-Meeting Tour of the Montana Heritage Center

Helena is the proud home of the all-new Montana Heritage Center. Come explore the places, people, and ideas that shaped our state from ancient to modern history.  Exhibits include the Montana Homeland Gallery, the Charles M. Russell Gallery, and a rotating exhibit of the museum’s archives. MVMA attendees and guests are invited to a special museum tour on Thursday, June 25 at 3:00 p.m. Admission is free and details will follow.

Proceedings:

  • Will be available online prior to the meeting. Printed proceedings will not be made available at the meeting.

CE Certificates:

  • Once attendance is  verified, CE certificates will be sent to attendees within two weeks of the meeting.
