Room Reservations
- A block of rooms has been reserved at Delta Hotels Helena Colonial (2301 Colonial Drive). Rates are $199/night plus taxes & fees, and will be available through June 4 or until sold out.

Pre-Meeting Tours of the Montana Heritage Center
Thursday, June 25: 9:30 am & 3 pm
Helena is the proud home of the all-new Montana Heritage Center. Come explore the places, people, and ideas that shaped our state from ancient to modern history. The museum offers a one-hour tour as a great introduction to the museum's three galleries and public spaces. Highlighting historical themes and the physical design of the building, this tour offers valuable background information that will deepen your own exploration of the exhibits in the Montana Heritage Center. | Duration: 1 hour | Limit to 22 participants. Pre-registration is required starting on May 1 on the Montana Heritage Center website. Check out the MHC website for other tours and time slots, too!
Proceedings:
- Complete speaker proceedings will be available online prior to the meeting for all registrants. MVMA regrets that printed proceedings will not be made available at the meeting, so please make arrangements to print them prior to arrival if you'd like a hard copy.
CE Certificates:
- Once attendance is verified, CE certificates will be sent to attendees within two weeks of the meeting.
