The application window has closed for the 2026 MVMA Student Scholarship.

MVMA's selection committee will be making a determination by early June, and all applicants will be notified after that time.
Each year MVMA awards $2,000 to a deserving Montana student who has completed at least one year of veterinary school.
MVMA $2,000 Scholarship Criteria:
- A Montana student enrolled in an accredited veterinary medical school.
- Completed at least one year of veterinary school.
- Current student member of MVMA (can join at no charge at mtvma.org/join).
- Check back in early 2027 for details on the next scholarship cycle.
Congratulations to the 2025 MVMA Scholarship recipient Caitlyn Franke (pictured, left, with MVMA President Dr. Barr Gustafson). Caitlyn is in her second year at Washington State University's College of Veterinary Medicine and is a native of Clinton.
