Platinum Sponsor: $1,000


  • Listing of your company name and logo in the conference program as a Platinum Sponsor.
  • Mention of your business as a Platinum Sponsor at the podium during all meals.
  • The opportunity to place 8.5" x 11" or smaller promotional piece in registration packets.
  • FREE one-time advertising opportunity on MVMA website OR newsletter.

Gold Sponsor: $750

  • Listing of your company name and logo in the conference program as a Gold Sponsor
  • Mention of your business at the podium during all meals
  • FREE one-time advertising opportunity on MVMA website OR newsletter.

Silver Sponsor: $500

  • Listing of your company name in the conference program as a Silver Sponsor
  • Mention of your business at the podium during all meals
  • 50% advertising discount on the MVMA website OR newsletter

Bronze Sponsor: $250

  • Listing of your company name in the conference program as a Silver Sponsor
  • Mention of your business at the podium during all meals
  • 25% advertising discount on the MVMA website OR newsletter

Packet Inserts Only:  $150

  • Companies may provide 200 copies of a promotional piece by June 6 to include in the registration packets.
  • Sponsoring company recognized as a Bronze Level Sponsor.
Sponsor Pens: no charge
  • Companies may provide 200 pens to be used at registration and in CE sessions throughout the meeting. These must be shipped to the MVMA office by Friday, June 6. Contact Beth at the MVMA office for details ([email protected]).
  • Sponsoring company recognized as a Bronze Level Sponsor.

Sponsor Lanyards: no charge

  • Companies may provide 200 name badge lanyards for conference registrants. These must be shipped to the MVMA office by Friday, June 6. Contact Beth at the MVMA office for details ([email protected]).
  • Sponsoring company recognized as a Bronze Level Sponsor.

Other Sponsor Promotional Items: no charge

  • MVMA welcomes companies who may wish to provide other sponsor promotional items (i.e. lanyards, notebooks, bags, etc.) for meeting attendees. Please contact Beth at the MVMA office to discuss ([email protected]).

* Please note: Sponsorships must be received by March 27 to be recognized in the meeting registration flyer that will be sent to MVMA members in early April. Sponsors are also recognized in the online Registration materials, as well as all on-site materials throughout the meeting.
