Trade Show Details
Booth Space: $625/booth space - includes the following:
• 10'w x 6'd booth space with skirted table and 110v electrical outlet.
• A listing of all attendees with contact information - hard copy and electronically.
• A listing in the Vendor Directory (including company and all company representatives' information) distributed to all conference attendees.
• Listing of your company contact information and logo on our website until June of next year.
• Meals/breaks for one company representative.
Hours
Setup: Friday, June 28, 8:00 am - Noon
Exhibit area open:
- Friday, June 28: 12:00 noon-1:30 pm
- First break (approximately 2:30)
- 5:30 - 9:00 pm
- Saturday, June 29: 7:00-8:00 am during breakfast
- First break (approximately 9:00 am)
Tear Down: Saturday, June 29, 10:00 am
Booth Assignments
Booth assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis with placement consideration given to competing companies. In early June, you will receive a map with booth assignments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by June 1 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be made after that date.
