MVMA invites our Allied Partners to participate in the 2023 Summer Meeting & Trade Show!

Trade Show

Booth Space: $600/booth space - includes the following: 
• 10'w x 6'd booth space with skirted table and 110v electrical outlet. 
• A listing of all attendees with contact information - hard copy and electronically. 
• Your company and all company representatives will be included in a listing in the registration packet. 
• Listing of your company contact information and logo on our website until June of next year.
• Meals/breaks for one company representative.

Hours
• Setup: Friday, June 23, 8:00 am - Noon
• Exhibit area open Friday, June 23, from Noon-1:30 pm, first break (approximately 2:30) and 5:30 - 9:30 pm, and Saturday morning during breakfast (7:00-8:00 am) and first break (approximately 9:00 am).
• Tear Down: Saturday, June 24, 10:00 am

Booth Assignments
Booth assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis with placement consideration given to competing companies.  In early June, you will receive a map with booth assignments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by June 1 will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be made after that date.

Sponsorships

Platinum: $1,000
• Listing of your company name and logo in conference program as a Platinum Sponsor.
• Mentioned at the podium during all meals. 
• 50% off one-time advertising opportunity on our website OR newsletter.
• Opportunity to place 8.5" x 11" or smaller promotional piece in registration packets. 
• Meals/breaks for one additional company representative. 

Gold: $500
• Listing of your company name and logo in conference program as a Gold Sponsor.
• Mentioned at the podium during all meals. 
• 25% off one-time advertising opportunity on our website OR newsletter.

Silver: $300
• Listing of your company name in conference program as a Silver Sponsor.
• Mentioned at the podium during all meals.

Packet Inserts Only:  $150
Companies may provide 200 copies of a promotional piece by June 12 to include in the registration packets.

Please note, to be recognized as a sponsor in the meeting registration flyer that will be sent to the veterinarians in early April, your sponsorship commitment must be submitted by Friday, March 31. If you are interested in sponsoring a particular speaker or event, please email me by March 31 with your request – [email protected].

Hotel Reservations

A block of MVMA will be available at the Hilton Garden Inn-Missoula at the rate of $139 per night plus taxes.  We will notify you when the block is available. Please note that the MVMA Summer Meeting and Trade Show coincides with one of Missoula’s busiest times of the year, the Missoula Marathon, so make lodging reservations early.
